About Morogoro Vocational Teachers Training College
The history of vocational teacher training in Tanzania goes back to 1973 when an Instructor Training Unit (ITU) was established within the campus of the present Dar es Salaam Regional Vocational Training and Service Centre (DSM - RVTSC).ITU was established through a technical aid from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
Our vision
To become a centre of excellence for vocational education and training programmes and services specifically for vocational teachers and human resource development.
Our mission
To produce quality vocational teachers and experts who are capable of responding aptly to the Labour Market Demands through liaison with industry and other stakeholders.
