The Campus is located in East Ugenya Location, Ugenya Sub-County in Siaya County. It is about ten (10) kilometers off Kisumu Busia road.

Year of Establishment: 2016

Inception and Growth:
It was a community initiative supported by Ugenya Constituency Member of Parliament. All the infrastructure development was done by the Ugenya Constituency Development Fund led by the area Member of Parliament.
