  At this level, students are trained to prepare the following:

  (b) Advanced culinary course-level 2/3
  This course aims to develop your knowledge and skills on how to prepare, cook and finish complex dishes: continental dishes from Europe and Africa, cakes and desserts.
  
  Time offered: Weekdays( Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays) 10 a.m-3 p.m
  Weekends( Three months-Saturdays only) 10 a.m-3 p.m
  
  Course fees: N200,000 for both Weekdays and Weekends modes
  
  Registration fees: N15,000 for both Weekdays and Weekends modes
  
  (c) Bakery and Confectionery-level 3
  This course aims to develop your knowledge and skills on how to plan,prepare,produce and finish complex pastries,cakes and icing,
  bread, cookies, cold and hot desserts products safely.
  
  Time offered: Weekdays( Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays) 10 a.m-3 p.m
  Weekends( Three months-Saturdays only) 10 a.m-3 p.m
  
  Course fees: N200,000 for both weekdays and weekends modes
  
  Registration fees: N15,000 for both weekdays and weekends modes
  
  (d) Flexi courses
  This program is designed to meet your individual needs.
  Ingredients are provided by the participants and taken home after the sessions.
  
  (i) Culinary course
  Applicants are requested to select any 3 modules from
  the following options (a-e)
  a. Bread or yeast products
  b. Pastry
  c. Basic cakes & cake icing
  d. Continental dishes
  e. Nigerian dishes
  
  Course fees: N60,000
  
  Duration: 4 days
  
  Time: Time: 11a.m-3p.m
  
  (ii) Cake decoration basic level
  The program involves mixing fondant, covering
  cakes with fondant,
  texturizing,piping techniques and
  Mexican lower paste.
  
  Course fees: N75,000
  
  Duration: 3 days
  
  Time: 11a.m-3p.m
  
  (iii) Cake decoration intermediate level
  Activities involved are Lacework,appliqué,paint,
  patchwork and exotic
  lower stand
  
  Course fees: N75,000
  
  Course duration: 3 days

  (iv) Cake decoration advanced level
  This level involves Moulding techniques,
  embroideries, brush
  techniques and
  Cake stacking.
