    Minimum entry requirements:
    a) A mean grade of C+ (C Plus) at KCSE. In addition, the candidate must have scored at least a Grade B (Minus) in at least three of their subjects in Geography, Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Economics, Fine Art, Agriculture, Biology, English, Business Studies, History, Religious studies and Computer Science
    OR
    b) ‘A’ level school leavers with a minimum of division three in the Kenya Certificate of Education (KCE) with at least credit passes in the subjects listed above and two principal passes in high school;
    OR
    c) Those who have not directly qualified for a direct entry for a degree course at high school, but have attained a Diploma in environmental studies/Architecture/Engineering/Building and Construction from a recognized institution;
    OR
    d) Those who attained the minimum B- mean KCSE grade, did not qualify on subject requirements, but have upgraded in relevant subjects listed in (a) above from a recognised institution.
    In addition,
    e) Applicants who are Diploma holders in Environmental studies/ Architecture/Engineering/Building and Construction from a recognized institution and have attained a distinction shall be eligible to join the course in Year II.
