  -Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 3.2/4.0 in the last two years of full-time academic studies. All students applying to Career and Professional Development Graduate programs must be proficient in English.
  
  -Applicants must also meet one of the following requirements:
  
  1. A minimum of three years recent, relevant work experience in the Human Resources field. Applicants must provide their C.V. and two letters of reference.

  2. Applicants must have a Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP) and must provide their professional designation document.

  3. Applicants must have an undergraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0.

  -Ontario university or college degree or three-year college diploma or equivalent
  Applicants with an equivalent combination of partial post-secondary and/or three to five years related work experience may be considered for admission. A relevant resumé and references must be provided.

  -Canadian citizens or permanent residents educated outside of Canada must provide a World Education Services (WES) or ICAS Canada credential evaluation.
