Institutions Offering Bachelor of Nursing Honours

  Entry Requirements:
  For the Bachelor in Nursing Honours programme, the entry requirement shall be a Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate (Ordinary or Higher or a combination of both) or equivalent qualification(s), provided that the candidate has passed five subjects including Mathematics, Biology, and Physical Science and a minimum of a grade D in English normally in not more than three
  examination sittings with a minimum of 25 points on the IUM’s evaluation scale.
  Mature Age entry for Bachelor in Nursing Honours applicants shall be considered if they are 25 years old and above and have at least 18-20 points at Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate (Ordinary or Higher or a combination of both) examination or equivalent examination(s) and 3-4 years’ experience in nursing and midwifery (Enrolled Nurse/Midwife) in a clinic or hospital with 18 points.
  Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed.
  Successful applicants must register as nursing students with the Nursing Council of Namibia.
