  Criteria for Admission:
  Due to limited space, meeting the minimum requirements for the programme does not guarantee admission. The NBS reserves the right to interview candidates before final admission.
  An Executive Diploma for Middle Managers from the University of Namibia, with a minimum of 8 years work experience, of which one year is at a senior managerial level.
  Level 6 qualification from a recognized institution of higher learning, with a minimum of 8 years work experience, of which one year is at a senior managerial level.
  Mode of Delivery: Blended learning conducted through e-learning augmented by face-to-face lessons on a Bock-Release Basis.
  Duration of Study: The minimum duration of this programme is one (1) year and the maximum duration is two (2) years.
  Requirements for Qualification Award: Certification/Graduation for the Executive Diploma for Senior Managers requires the successful completion of all compulsory courses in the programme with a total of 128 credits.
