  Entry Requirements:
  - Candidates must have a BSc degree (minimum of Second Class (Lower Division)) in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Natural Resources Management and other science based degree from a recognised university.
  - A higher-level professional qualification or an advanced degree and relevant work experience in food related establishment may be considered where the candidate has not reached the requirement above. Such candidate shall be assessed through a selection interview or an entry examination.

  Full time- 2 years
  Part time- 3 years
