•  Bowen University, Iwo  
  Course entry requirements:
  (i) All candidates are to have five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics where applicable.
  
  (ii) Candidates with Bachelor’s Degree from an approved University must obtain a minimum of pass degree in the relevant programme
  
  (iii) Holders of HND in relevant programmes from approved institutions with a minimum of Lower Credit may also be considered for admission.
  
  Candidates in regular employment or employed at Bowen must indicate such and must submit with their applications, formal letter of release to Postgraduate College.
  
  Applicants who are not graduates of Bowen University must request their former Universities or institutions to forward directly to the College Administrator, College of Postgraduate Studies, Bowen University their academic transcripts as applicable.

  Study options:
  -Criminology, and Gender and Women Studies.
  
  Course entry requirements:
  -Candidate must satisfy the matriculation requirements of the University, including English Language.
  -A minimum of third-class (Hons.) Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or a related discipline awarded by an approved and accredited university.
  -Higher National Diploma (HND) at the Upper Credit level or equivalent professional qualifications cognate to Sociology from a recognized institution.
  
  Course duration:
  A full-time: minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters.
  The part-time programme runs for a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.

  Course entry requirements:
  -Five (5) credit passes including English, Mathematics and three other relevant subject at ‘Ó’ levels
  -Candidates with Bachelor’s degree from an approved University must obtain a minimum of Third (3rd) Class Degree in relevant discipline.
  -Holders of HND in relevant programmes from approved institutions with a minimum of a Pass in the subjects.
  
  Course duration: 2-4 semesters

  Course entry requirements:
  (i) First degree from any recognized University with a Pass Degree
  (ii) First degree from any recognized University with Third Class Degree
  (iii) Higher National Diploma in a related field of study
