  Course entry requirements:
  -National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or its same/similar standard – with endorsement – with a minimum of 30% in English, together with an achievement rating of 3 (40-49%) or better in four recognised NSC 20-credit subjects.
  
  
  
  In order to be considered for admission to the programme the student will be required to;
  -Submit proof that they have completed Grade 12 or the equivalent, preferably in the form of:
  
  -A National Senior Certificate (NSC)/National Certificate (Vocational) (NCV) that indicates the candidate has met the minimum requirements for admission to a Diploma (D).
  -Or a Senior Certificate with higher and/ or standard grade subjects or an equivalent school leaving certificate.

•  Design Academy of Fashion , Cape Town   
  Entry requirements:
  (i) National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a minimum of 30% in the English Language.
  (ii) Matric Certification (certified copy with the required level of completion) Identity document / Passport (certified copy)
  (iii) Entrance portfolio comprising of:
  (a) Essay: Write an overview of your understanding and experience of fashion. The information in your essay is reflective of your character and writing style. Include your background, passions and future goals.
  Please do not exceed 2 typed pages or 4 hand-written ones.
  (b) Designs: A3 size storyboard consisting of three designs that form a range.
  
  Fees: R 73 500
  
  Course duration: 3 years
