  Course entry requirements
  Applicants must fulfill one of the following:
  (i) Pass at least five (5) subjects in GCE O’level, including English Language, with grade A, B or C. Or
  (ii) Pass at least five (5) subjects in CXC, including English Language, with grade I, II, or III. Grade III pass must be after January 1998 Or
  (iii) Pass at least five (5) subjects in SSC, including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts with Range IV,V Or.
  (iv) Mature Student Entry. Applicants falling in this category must, normally, be over the age of twenty-five (25) years, with a minimum of five (5) years experience in an area related to the field of study which the applicant wishes to pursue - e.g. marketing, accounts, office administration, and management. Applicants will be accepted based on an assessment of their prior learning. Each applicant must submit an academic portfolio for individual assessment.
  
  -Holders of a CCCJ Diploma in Business Studies/Office Administration or /Certificate in Business Studies, Office Administration from a recognized institution may matriculate into the programme at a level beyond the first year.
  
  Course duration: 4 semesters

  Course entry requirements
  -5 CSEC/CXC subjects Gen. I, II, III or GCE O’ Level– A, B, C, in English Language and Mathematics and 3 other approved subjects. (Students without CXC of GCE Math are required to sit the Foundation Concepts in Mathematics I, II and III at an additional cost). Accounts which is an asset to this programme.
  -Applicants with a lower than a Grade 1 or A in English Language will be required to sit the English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT).
  -Alternate forms of matriculation:
  a) Equivalent qualification (s) as determined by the CCCJ
  b) Mature status as determined by the CCCJ
