Minimum entry requirements:
i) Candidates must be holders of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (A.C.S.E.E) with at least two principal passes in any Arts subjects. They must have at least three (3) credit passes in the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (C.S.E.E O.level) including History and Divinity. In additional, the applicant must have scored in the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (A- Level) a total of 2.5 points or more in appropriate subjects at the same sitting. The points are based on the following scale: A =5, B+ =4, B =3, C =2, D =1, E =0.5, F =0.
ii) Candidates must hold any Diploma in Social Sciences with second-class or credit or "B" average standing from an institution recognized by the University and or by Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
