  Course entry requirements
  Candidate must have passed either Higher Secondary School Examination (H.S.C.) with optional subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Pre Engg) group from any authorized Board of Education in Pakistan or an equivalent Foreign Examination recognized as such by the University and should fulfill the following conditions:
  
  (i) Each applicant should have obtained at least 60% marks in aggregate (excluding grace marks).
  
  (ii) The year of passing the examination held should not be earlier than the two years immediately prior to submission of application. The candidate who have passed the above examinations or equivalent examinations before Annual Examination 2017 shall not be eligible for admission for the session 2019-20 (Batch-20).
  
  (iii) Candidate should not be more than 22 years of age. Candidate born before 4-Nov-1997 is not eligible to apply.
  
  (iv) The candidate who have passed H.S.C. (General Science Group/ Computer Science) with a combination of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science is eligible for their admission only in Electronic Engineering, Computer System Engineering & Telecommunication Engineering. He/She will not claim their admission in any other discipline.
  
  (v) The Candidate having passed examination equivalent to H.S.C. (Pre-Engineering) from Education Institution located in Pakistan have to obtain equivalence certificate from Inter Board Committee, Islamabad.
