  Course entry requirements
  -Students must have completed Cert III in Engineering or provide evidence of equivalent experience in order to gain credits and/or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). In accordance with qualification requirements students must have access to structured on the-job training or is an existing apprentice under an Australian Apprenticeship arrangement.
  -The training involves face to face theory and requires a specified number of hours of practice on relevant skills in a workplace. It should not be used as a pre-employment or pre-apprenticeship program.
  -Applicants are required to complete a Pre-Training Review and a literacy and numeracy assessment to assist with determining eligibility and to identify learning support needs.
  
  Course duration: 4 years part time
