Course entry requirements:
UTME Admissions
Students intending to enroll in Agricultural Engineering must satisfy the general University entrance requirements below:

minimum of five Ordinary Level (SSCE or NECO) credit passes in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and any other science subjects at NOT more than two (2) sittings.
minimum UTME / Post-UTME score for admission into the programme which shall be determined by the University Admission Committee.
Direct Entry admission
(i) Candidates for direct entry who fulfill the conditions in (i) above and who also have additional passes of satisfactory grade at ‘A (Advanced)’level in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics or candidates with Ordinary National Diploma (OND) Certificate from approved Universities, Colleges of Technology or Polytechnics with a grade not lower than upper credit may be considered for admission into 200 Level.

(ii) Other qualifications as may be approved by the University Senate

Course duration: 5 years of study for candidates through UTME, and 4 years for candidates through Direct Entry.
