  Course entry requirements
  (a) All the requirements for admission into the ND programmes in Agricultural Technology:
  S.C.E. or its equivalent (Grade II TC, NTC/NBC, WASC, GCE, NECO, NABTEB, etc.) with five (5) credit level passes in not more than two (2) sittings. The subjects must include Biology/Agricultural Science and any three of the following: Chemistry, Geography, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Physics, English language. At least a pass in English Language, Chemistry and Mathematics/Statistics is compulsory.
  Candidates who have successfully completed the NBTE recognized Pre-National Diploma (Science and Technology) programme offered by a College of Agriculture or similar post-secondary technical institution provided the students admitted into the Pre-ND programme have a pass in English Language and in other subjects.
  In addition to the above, the candidates should have gotten an acceptable score in the UTME/JAMB Examination.
  (b) A minimum of lower credit pass (CGPA 2.50 and above) in the ND examination in Agricultural Technology
  (c) A minimum of one year cognate work experience
  (d) In exceptional cases, ND diplomates with a pass (CGPA of 2.00 – 2.49) in the ND examination that have two or more years of cognate work experience in the specific field may be considered for admission into the HND programme.

  Admission requirements
  (i) National Diploma with a minimum of Lower credit in Agricultural Technology.
  
  (ii) A minimum of one year post National Diploma cognate work experience.
  
  (iii) In exceptional cases, National Diploma holders diplomats with a pass(CGPA of 2.00-2.49) in the National Diploma examination with two or more years of cognate experience in a specified field may be considered for admission into the Higher National Diploma programmes.
  
  Course duration: Two years for full time students and three years for part-time students

  (iii) Transcript of National Diploma Result for Candidates who did their National Diploma in other Schools/Institutions.
