  Course entry requirements
  -Min. Five O6/H7 to include
  -Maths O6/H7
  -English or Irish O6/H7
  -Any full QQI Level 5 qualification Mature applicants may apply for this programme i.e. applicants who are 23 years of age or over on the 1st of January of the year of applications. Mature applicants do not need to hold a Leaving Certificate qualification.
  
  (i) FE Applicants
  QQI - Any QQI level 5 major award with at least 120 credits. The QQI award must include one of the following
  maths modules C20139 or 5N1833 or C20174 or C20175.
  If none of the above maths modules are included in the QQI award the applicant must present Leaving Cert
  maths at grade O6/H7 or better.
  UK/NI- any FE level 3 award (e.g. BTEC) that includes a maths module or any level 3 FE award plus GCSE maths
  at grade C or better
  
  (ii) Mature Applicants
  -A limited quota of places is reserved for applicants who are 23 years of age, or older, by the 1st of January in
  the year of entry. Random selection applies for this quota, i.e., applicants who meet the age criteria may be
  selected regardless of whether they have and Leaving Cert /FE or other qualifications.
  
  Course duration: 2 years
