  Minimum Course Admission Requirements:
  - University Bachelor degree from a business or non-business discipline.
  - A minimum “B” average in last two years of undergraduate degree.
  - Letter of introduction explaining how the MBA will contribute to career plans.
  - A résumé describing education, work and volunteer experience.
  - Two letters of recommendation from past employers or professors.
  - One year minimum of work experience is required.
  - No GMAT (entrance examination) score required.
  - Applicants whose previous degree was obtained in a country where English is not the primary/official language and from a university where English was not the language of instruction must meet one of VIU’s English Language requirements for Graduate Programs.
  
  Additional Admission Requirement for International students:
  - Certified copy of all educational documents (enclose one copy in the original language and a certified copy translated into English, if applicable).
  
  Course Duration: 20 Months

  A Bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized post-secondary institution, with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.33 scale) or better and must have one of the following:
  
  -A suitable score on a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) that has been written in the last five years.
  -A relevant Canadian professional designation or equivalent international designation (e.g. CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, CHRP or P.Eng).
  -A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
  -A minimum of three (3) years documented professional or management experience with evidence of career progression and relevant education and/or training.
  -Applicants who do not hold all of the above academic and professional requirements may also qualify for entry to the MBA Program after completing the MBA Foundation program.

  -An undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum B average in the last two full years (or equivalent) of academic work.
  -Applicants with 3-year degrees may be considered for admission with one year of work experience beyond the required minimum.
  -Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
  -Minimum two years of relevant post-degree, full-time work experience or life experience
  -Proof of English language proficiency if studies were not completed in English.
