  Course entry requirements
  (i) UCSI Foundation Year
  -Minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00, and pass SPM (or any equivalent qualification) with credit in Mathematics and pass in English.
  
  (ii) STPM
  -Minimum Grade C+ (GP 2.33) in any 2 subjects; and pass SPM (or any equivalent qualification) with credit in Mathematics and pass in English.

  -Minimum score of 26 points in 6 subjects

  (viii) AUSMAT/ HSC/SACE/TEE/WACE
  -Minimum average of 60% in 5 subjects
  
  (ix) Other qualifications deemed equivalent to STPM/A-Level by Malaysian Qualifications Agency
  -Minimum overall average of 60%
  
  (x) Any qualification equivalent to Diploma in Finance, Banking, Insurance or related field (Level 4, MQF)
  -Minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00
  
  (xi) Other equivalent qualifications
  -To be reviewed by the faculty on a case-to-case basis
  
  
  Note (Source: Finance Program Standard):
  The credit requirement for Mathematics and pass in English at SPM level for the candidate with STPM or Matriculation/Foundation qualification can be waived should the qualifications contain Mathematics and English subjects with equivalent / higher achievement.

  Applicants who have an academic qualification from a higher learning institution which uses English Language as a medium of instruction can be granted an exemption from the University English requirements and MQA requirement.

  International applicants who do not meet the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirements will need to improve their proficiency by enrolling into the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929).
  
  Placement into the various levels of the English for Tertiary Education programme depends on the English Language qualification students have at the point of admission and/or the outcome of the English Placement Test.
  
  The applicants who have met the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement may be advised by Faculty to improve their proficiency by undertaking additional English proficiency courses.
