  Course entry requirements
  O level Results: – Credits in the following subjects; English, Biology, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
  A level Results:- A principal pass in Biology and two subsidiaries in Chemistry, Physics, Food and Nutrition and Mathematics. Apply using JAB forms
  -Conform to the standards of Medical fitness by the Training Authority and Public Service.
  -Age limit 18 years and Above

  (ii) Extension
  
  Entry requirements
  
  -One must have enrolled with Uganda Nurses and Midwifery Council and with a working experience of at least 2 years:
  -Enrolled Nurse or Enrolled Midwifery or Enrolled Comprehensive Nurse and /or enrolled psychiatry Nurse -Should be at least in possession of “O” level certificate
  -Pass a pre-entry Ministry of Education and sports Oral and Written Interviews.
  -Age limit -Open

  Admission criteria
  
  A candidate shall be eligible if he/she has been enrolled with Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council and should have worked at least two years as;
  
  -Enrolled General Nurse or Midwifery or Psychiatric Nurse or Comprehensive Nurse
  -Should at least be in possession of O’ Level certificate
  -Pass a pre-entry Ministry of Education and sports oral and written interview
  -The Age limit shall be below 45 years

  Diploma in Nursing (Direct entry):
  
  Entry Requirements:
  -A Level Certificate and should have passed with a principal pass in Biology and subsidiary pass in Chemistry or Physics or Agriculture

  -Must have been enrolled with Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council, and with working Experience of at least two Years.
