Course entry requirements:
(i) Candidates for the M.A. programme in History or its variants must have five credit passes including English, History or Government at the 2018/2019 Level as basic requirement.
(ii) Candidate with Bachelors degree in Art (BA) in History, History and International Studies, History and Diplomatic Studies, History and International Relations as well as History and Strategic Studies. The candidates must be graduates of approved and recognized universities, and must obtain a minimum of second class lower Division degree.
(iii) Candidates must take and pass a qualifying examination administered by the University.
Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijebu Ode
Course entry requirements:
a) Graduates of Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun or other Universities recognized by the University Senate who have obtained the approved Bachelor’s Degree with at least Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in the field of study.

b) Candidates with Third Class Bachelor’s Degrees and Postgraduate Diploma in the same subject.

c) Candidates with HND (Minimum of Lower CREDIT) and Postgraduate Diploma in the course applied for.
