  a)Applicants must hold an appropriate Honours Degree with a minimum of a 2.2 degree class pass in any of the following: Economics, Business Studies, Development Finance, Economic Development or Development Studies, Accounting, Banking, Fiscal Studies, Finance, Financial Engineering, Risk and Insurance, Special Honours Degree in Accounting
  
  b) In case of Honours degree in other non-finance related discipline, the applicant is expected to have at least 3 years experience in finance related work, such as in a financial institution, with good quantitative background.
