    - Persons who are at least 25 years of age on the first day of the academic year in which admission is sought and who are not eligible for entry under the Normal Regulations provided for the programme may apply for Mature Entry provided that:
    - Applicants having written officially approved testimonials of post school and company in-house training that cover basics of food science and technology or equivalent 'O” level science and mathematics material, a recommendation letter from the company director will be required.
