  -A Master of Law Degree (L.L.M) of University of The Gambia or any other institution recognized by University of The Gambia.
  
  -An LLM/MPHIL Law degree of the University of the Gambia or any other University recognized by University of The Gambia.
  
  -The candidate must possess the foundational Degree, which is Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B)
  
  -The candidate’s transcript must disclose that he has a minimum CQPA of 3.00 points on a scale of 4.30 points or 60%.
  
  -The candidate must submit three referees report, attesting to his competence and state of mind to pursue the program.
  
  Program duration:
  (i) Full time: 6 Semesters
  
  (ii) Part time: 8 Semesters
