Course Entry Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Master’s degree or its equivalent from a recognised institution in Land Economy, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Planning, Law, Geomatic Engineering, Geography, Economics, Sociology, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Natural Resources Management, Urban Management, Development Studies or other related degrees. Preference shall be given to candidates with relevant work experience. Candidates must attend and pass a selection interview. Candidates must submit a research proposal that focuses on the thematic areas of Land Management which shall be reviewed.
