  Course Entry Requirements:
  - Candidates must have a BSc degree (minimum of Second Class (Lower Division)) in Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Nutrition Science, Biology, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or and related science or technology disciplines from a recognised university.
  - A higher-level professional qualification or an advanced degree and relevant work experience in food related establishment may be considered where the candidate has not reached the requirement above. Such candidate shall be assessed through a selection interview.
