  1. Semester 1-4 = TShs. 3,125,000/- per semester
  2. Semester 5-10 = Tshs. 3,250,000/- per semester
  
  Minimum entry requirements:
  1. Three principal passes in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with minimum entry of 8 points. Whereby one must have at least C grade in Chemistry and Biology and at least D grade in Physics. OR
  2. Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with at least Five (5) passes including two credit passes in Chemistry and Biology and a D grade in Physics PLUS appropriate Diploma or Advanced Diploma with an average of “B+’’ or GPA of 3.5 OR
  3. BSc (lower second or above) majoring in Physics or Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology or Zoology.
  4. All applicants holding foreign qualifications must have their qualifications validated and equated by respective regulatory bodies such as Commission for Science and Technology (COSTEC) before submitting their applications for admissions

  Course entry requirements
  -Minimum of three Principal “D” grade or higher in chemistry, Biology and Physics, at (“A) level. Minimum of 5.0 points or Higher
  
  -Candidates with E in ONE of the above subjects (Chemistry, Physics or Biology) provided that the other two subjects are NOT below D at “A” Level. Minimum points of 5.0 or Higher.
  
  -Holder of B.Sc. Degree with a lower second from recognized Institutions, majoring in Biology, Chemistry or Zoology
  
  -Diploma or Advance Diploma in Clinical Medicine with two principal passes at any level in Chemistry, Biology or Physics at “A” level.
