  - Certificate of Secondary Education with a minimum average pass of four “D” Grades in Mathematics, Physics, English, Geography, Chemistry or Biology. A pass in Mathematics is compulsory.
  - Also, a holder of National Vocational Awards (NVA) Level II certificate from Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) with a certificate of Secondary education with a minimum pass of two “D” Grades, or
