  -A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination with at least two principal passes with a total of 4.0 points in the following subjects; Physics, Advanced Mathematics and Chemistry; Or
  -A holder of an Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in either Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with at least a GPA of 3.0 from a recognized institution and at least 3 passes at ‘O’ level in in the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics/Engineering Science, Geography, Chemistry or English.
