•  Uganda Petroleum Institute Kigumba, Kigumba  
  Course Duration:4 semesters
  
  Entry requirements:
  a) Category A:(A’ Level Entry)
  Applicant must have atleast two principal passes in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physis.
  a Subsidiary Pass in any of the following is added advantage:
  Information technology, Technical Drawing & Biology.
  
  b) Category B: Mature age entry
  Applicant must have age 25 years or above, credit passes in Mathematics, English, General Science and petrol chemical experience.
  
  c) Category C: Certificate Entry Scheme:
  A credit Advanced or national Certificate in any of the following engineering
  • Electronics
  • Welding and Fabrication
  • Electrical Installation Systems and Maintenanc
  • Machining and Fitting
  • Plumbing.
  • Electronics Technology etc
  
  d) Category E: Oil and Gas Professionals
  (i) Applicant must have at least one year experience in the oil and gas or petrol chemical industry related.
