About Transitions College of Business and Career Studies
The college originally opened as Niagara Retraining Facility in 2006. Adults who faced a career change due to circumstances beyond their control, such as a vehicle accident, were offered a range of job skills training and educational upgrading programs by the Niagara Falls organization. Satisfied clients recognized the high level of services; word spread, and increased demand meant the opening of St. Catharines and Welland campuses.
Our Mission
Transitions College provides job skills education and training to adults seeking to increase their abilities and confidence as they enter, re-enter or seek promotion in the workforce.
