About Kenya Medical Training College KMTC Eldoret Campus

The Campus is located in Moiben Constituency, Eldoret town in Uasin-Gishu County, adjacent to Moi Teaching & Referral Hospital (MTRH).

Year of Establishment: 1977

Inception and Growth:
In 1987, Hospital Maintenance School was established in MTRH with the aid of Austria and German Governments, and the Ministry of Health, to train Certificate in Medical Engineering. In 1996, Nursing and Hospital Maintenance Schools were merged to form Eldoret
Campus.
