Institutions Offering Master of Psychology

•  Sultan Azlan Shah University(Universiti Sultan Azlan Shah), Kuala Kangsar  
  Course entry requirements:
  (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (MQF – Level 6) or its equivalent with CGPA of at least 2.75 out of 4.00; OR
  (ii) Other Bachelor’s Degree (MQF – Level 6) with CGPA of at least 2.75 out of 4.00 and a minimum of 45 credits of prerequisite modules in psychology or its equivalent (covering all 8 knowledge areas specified in pages 14-15 of the Programme Standards) with CGPA of at least 2.75 out of 4.00 in the prerequisite modules; OR
  (iii) Other Bachelor’s Degree (MQF – Level 6) with CGPA of at least 2.75 out of 4.00 and a minimum of 30 credits of prerequisite modules in psychology or its equivalent (covering all 8 knowledge areas specified in pages 14-15 of Programme Standards) with CGPA of at least 2.75 out of 4.00 in the prerequisite modules and Graduate Record Examination (GRE) subject test (Psychology) with a minimum score of 550; or
  (iv) Other qualifications recognised as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
  
  English Competency Requirements for International Students
  Obtain at least:
  -International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum score of 5.0; or
  -Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) (internet based) with a minimum score of 34; or
  -Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) with a minimum score of 160; or
  -Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) with a minimum score of 180; or
  -Pearson Test of English, Academic (PTE Academic) with a minimum score of 36; or
  -Students from English-speaking countries are given an exemption from the above condition (a); or
  -Students with academic qualifications from institutions that use English as the medium of instruction are given full exemption from the above condition (a).
  
  Course duration:
  (i) Full-Time : 2 – 3 years
  (ii) Part-Time : 3 – 5 years
