  Course entry requirements
  (i) STPM
  -Pass STPM with a minimum Grade C+ (GPA 2.33) in any 2 subjects and pass SPM with credit in Mathematics and pass in English; OR
  
  (ii) A-Level
  -Pass A-Level with minimum 2 D grades
  
  (iii) UEC
  -Pass in UEC with minimum 5 credits (B6) including Mathematics and pass in English
  
  (iv) ​International Baccalaureate
  -Pass International Baccalaureate (IB) with minimum score of 26 points in 6 subjects
  
  (v) ​SAM/Australian Year 12
  -Pass South Australian Matriculation (SAM) / Australian Year 12 with minimum average of 60% in 5 subjects
  
  (vi) UCSI Foundation programmes
  -Pass UCSI Foundation programmes with minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00
  
  (vii) Local matriculation
  -CGPA 2.5 and pass SPM (or any equivalent qualification) with credit in Mathematics and pass in English.
  
  (viii) Any qualification equivalent to Diploma in Finance, Banking, Insurance or related field
  (Level 4, MQF) with minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR
  
  (ix) Other equivalent qualifications
  -As recognised by the Government of Malaysia.
  
  Note :
  The credit requirement for Mathematics and pass in English at SPM level for candidate in first, second and fourth categories can be waived should the qualifications contain Mathematics and English subjects with equivalent / higher achievement.

  International applicants who do not meet the English Language requirements will need to improve their proficiency by enrolling into the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929) which helps them prepare for attaining a required band score. Placement into the various levels of the English for Tertiary Education programme depends on the English Language qualification students have at the point of admission and/or the outcome of the English Placement Test.
  
  The applicants who have met the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement may be advised by Faculty to improve their proficiency by undertaking additional English proficiency courses.
  
  Applicants who have an academic qualification from a higher learning institution which uses the English Language as a medium of instruction may be granted an exemption from the University English Language requirements.
