If one of the principal passes is not in Advanced Mathematics, a Subsidiary pass in Basic Applied Mathematics or a minimum of ‘’D’’ grade in Mathematics at O-Level is required or Foundation Programme of the OUT with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

  - Diploma or Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Statistics, Computing and Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Transport Finance, Taxation, Banking and Finance, Custom and Tax Administration, Business Information Technology, Procurement, Insurance and Risk Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Development Planning, Community Development, Engineering, Education (Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Information and Communication Technology, Geography or Agriculture), Science and Technology, Health related programmes or Economics with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0
