    (iii) Candidates, who hold M.Sc. or MURP degree in Urban and Regional Planning by
    project option from accredited universities, will be admitted at the M.Sc. /Ph.D. level in
    the first instance and will be eligible to proceed to Ph.D. proper after one year of
    successful research work.
    (iv) All candidates must have obtained at least a grade average CGPA of B (4 points on a 5-
    point scale or its equivalent qualifications) at the Master’s Degree level.

    Course duration:
    Full-Time: A minimum of 6 Semesters
    A maximum of 12 Semesters
    Part-Time: A minimum of 8 Semesters
    A maximum of 14 Semesters
