  (i) Graduates of the University of Nigeria and other approved universities, who hold degrees from accredited programmes in Urban and Regional Planning with at least Second Class Honours (Lower Division) with GPA not less than 2.50 on a 5-point scale or its equivalent qualifications;
  (ii) Graduates of the University of Nigeria and other approved Universities who hold degrees in related disciplines with at least Second Class Honours (Lower Division) with GPA not less than 2.50 on a 5-point scale or its equivalent qualifications.
  
  Course duration:
  Full-Time: A minimum of 3 Semesters
  A maximum of 5 Semesters
  
  Part-Time: A minimum of 5 Semesters
  A maximum of 8 Semesters

  Course entry requirements:
  a. Graduates of the Lagos State University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Lagos State University who hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Natural and Applied Sciences, Environmental sciences, Environmental Management Sciences, Engineering and
  Law Faculties.
  b. Holders of Full Professional Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit Level Pass in Town Planning, Estate Management, Surveying, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Architecture.
  c. Holders of the Postgraduate Diploma in Planning Studies of the Lagos State University who in addition have a minimum of Lower Credit in the Higher National Diploma awarded by a recognized Polytechnic or College of Technology in Town Planning, Estate Management, Surveying, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Architecture.
  d. In addition to the above, candidates must meet the University Matriculation requirements including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings.
  
  Course duration: Minimum of Four (4) semesters and maximum of 6 semesters.

  Admission requirements:
  Bachelor of Tech degree in Urban and Regional Planning with at least Second Class honours of the Federal University of Technology, Akure or its equivalent from other recognised Universities.
  B.Sc degree with a minimum of Second Class honours in Social Sciences or approved related disciplines.
  A full professional or postgraduate diploma in Urban and Regional Planning with at least Upper Credit grade.
