    a. Graduates of the Lagos State University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Lagos State University who hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Natural and Applied Sciences, Environmental sciences, Environmental Management Sciences, Engineering and
    Law Faculties.
    b. Holders of Full Professional Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit Level Pass in Town Planning, Estate Management, Surveying, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Architecture.
    c. Holders of the Postgraduate Diploma in Planning Studies of the Lagos State University who in addition have a minimum of Lower Credit in the Higher National Diploma awarded by a recognized Polytechnic or College of Technology in Town Planning, Estate Management, Surveying, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Architecture.
    d. In addition to the above, candidates must meet the University Matriculation requirements including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings.
