•  Maseno University, Maseno  
  Course entry requirements:
  (i) Holder of at least an upper second class honours degree of Maseno University or any other University recognized by the Commission for University Education. OR
  
  
  (ii) Holder of a lower second class degree of Maseno University or any other University recognized by the Commission for University Education and Postgraduate Diploma of Maseno University or any other recognized University or evidence of at least two (2) years research experience as demonstrated by publication in peer reviewed journals. OR
  
  (iii) Holder of a pass degree of Maseno University or any other University recognized by the Commission for University Education. and a Postgraduate Diploma of Maseno University or any other recognized University and evidence of at least three (3) years research experience as demonstrated by publications in peer reviewed journals.
  
  
  (iv) In addition to the above, the applicant must meet the specific requirements of the Masters programme as approved by Senate
•  University of Eldoret, Eldoret  
  Minimum entry requirements:
  In addition to fulfilling the common University regulations, an applicant must satisfy the following requirement:
  i. Second Class Bachelor’s degree (Upper Division) in Education recognized by University of Eldoret, OR
  ii. Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Education (Lower Division) with two Years teaching experience.
