•  University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nsukka  
  Course entry requirements:
  i) B.Sc degree with 3rd class honours in Surveying (Geoinformatics and Surveying) from UNN or a recognized University.
  ii) HND in surveying with at least upper credit pass or equivalent.
  iii) BSc degree with a minimum of second class honours in allied courses such as Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Geography with Mathematics, Engineering, Geology, Geophysics. These candidates will be required to take preliminary PGD courses in surveying and Geoinformatics for two semesters.
  iv) Candidates with PGD or MSc in Geoinformatics from UNN or any other recognised university. These candidates:
  (a) Will be required to take preliminary PGD courses in surveying and Geoinformatics for two semesters.
  (b) May be required to audit relevant courses in Physics and Mathematics
  
  Course duration:
  Full time: Minimum of two (2) semesters and maximum of six (4) semesters.
  Part time: Minimum of four (4) semesters and maximum of six (6) semesters.
  
  
•  The Federal University of Technology Akure, Akure  
  Course entry requirements:
  (a) A first degree, not lower than Third Class, in the relevant discipline.
  (b) Higher National Diploma (HND) of at least Lower Credit level or its equivalent in the relevant or related discipline.
  
  Course duration:
  (a) Full-Time students shall normally spend between eighteen (18) and twenty-four (24) months.
  (b) Part-Time students shall normally spend between eighteen (18) and thirty-six (36) months.
