•  Bowen University, Iwo  
  Course entry requirements:
  (i) All candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree obtained from a University approved by Senate and with a grade not less than Second Class Lower Division.
  (ii) A candidate with less than Second Class Lower Division plus a Postgraduate Diploma with a minimum of Upper Credit in a relevant field from a recognized University.
  (iii) In addition to (i) and (ii) above, candidates must satisfy the Ordinary Level requirement of five (5 subjects which must include English Language, Mathematics and any other three (3) subject as may be specified for the programme of choice.
  
  Candidates in regular employment or employed at Bowen must indicate such and must submit with their applications, formal letter of release to Postgraduate College.
  
  Applicants who are not graduates of Bowen University must request their former Universities or institutions to forward directly to the College Administrator, College of Postgraduate Studies, Bowen University their academic transcripts as applicable.
•  Redeemer's University, Ede  
  Admission Requirements:
  Candidates must satisfy the general regulations governing postgraduate studies at the Redeemers University. In addition, the following departmental requirements should be met:

  (i) Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes at O’ Level including English language and mathematics.
  
  (ii) A candidate with at least a second class (Upper Division) B.Sc degree in Statistics of the Redeemer’s University or of any other recognized University is eligible for admission.
  
  (iii) A candidate with a second class (Lower Division) B.Sc. degree in Statistics of the Redeemer’s University or of any other recognized University may be considered for admission on his own merit.
  
  (iv) Applications for admission into the Master’s degree programme of the department must be supported by three confidential referee reports confirming that the candidate possesses adequate intellectual capacity, maturity and potentials for effective decision making and problem solving.
•  University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nsukka  
  Course entry requirements:
  (a) All candidates must have five credit passes including English Language, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, Physics and any other two relevant Science subject at O’ Level.
  (b) Candidates with Bachelor’s degrees in Statistics from an approved university must obtain a minimum of second class lower division with a CGPA of 2.5/5.0 for an academic programme.
  (c) Candidates with at least a third class degree or HND in Mathematics or Statistics and university PGD with CGPA of 2.5/5.0 in Statistics may be considered for admission into academic Master’s degree programme.
  
  Course duration:
  Full-time: A minimum of 3 semesters and a maximum of 5 semesters.
  Part-time: A minimum of 5 semesters and a maximum of 8 semesters.

  Course entry requirements:
  Applicants MUST possess EITHER:
  (a) A good second class honours degree (B.Sc) of Ebonyi State University with C.G.P.A of at least 3.00 on a 5-point scale or its equivalent on a 4-point scale. Candidates from other universities recognized by the Senate, and who have the above stipulated requirements are eligible to apply. OR
  (b) A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university PLUS a PGD in the relevant area. OR
  (c) Any other qualification as may be approved by the Senate of Ebonyi State University.

  (ii) Part time:
  Minimum: 24 months
